NBNA Looking to Develop the Next Generation of Nurse Leaders
The 2011 NBNA Founders Leadership Institute is the brain child and legacy of Dr. Debra A. Toney, NBNA’s current and 10th President.
The Institute will take place on Friday, July 15, 2011 during the NBNA 39th Annual Institute and Conference, J.W. Marriott Indianapolis, Indianapolis, IN.
This will be the third cohort of NBNA members who will have taken advantage of up to six hours of continuing education sessions to enhance their leadership skills.
Expert nurse leaders conduct the sessions on self awareness, effective communications and transformational leadership.
The deadline for the application and all materials is March 26, 2011.
