ANA Nominates Dr. Ezra C. Holston for ICN Bank of Nurse Experts (6/05/06)

The American Nurses Association (ANA) recently nominated Dr. Ezra C. Holston to the International Council of Nurses (ICN) for inclusion in ICN’s Bank of Nurse Experts in the area of Mental Health.

Dr. Holston was one of the few ethnic minority junior investigators from the U.S. privileged to present and attend the International Council of Nurses 23rd Quadrennial Congress 2005: "Nurses on the Move: Knowledge, Innovation and Vitality" in Taiwan from May 21 – 26. His presentation was titled "Functional Impairment: The Earliest Preclinical Symptom of Alzheimer’s disease."

For Dr. Holston, participation in the ICN Conference represented a commitment to research that will improve healthcare across the global community. For any investigator, junior or senior, attending this international conference is an unforgettable and precedent-setting experience.
