HRET and Partners Offer New Cultural Competence Leadership Fellowship (2/11/05)
The Health Research and Educational Trust, the Institute for Diversity in Health Management, Health Forum, and the National Center for Healthcare Leadership are launching the Cultural Competence Leadership Fellowship. The Fellowship is dedicated to helping leaders enhance their abilities to improve the quality and safety of care for racial and ethnic minorities, and maximize cultural diversity within their institutions. Through executive leadership retreats, self-study modules and a virtual learning community, Fellows explore their leadership and cultural competency abilities through assessment, feedback, and coaching as well as an individualized leadership development plan.
