National Program to Promote Diabetes Education Strategies in Minority Communities (10/06/04)
The Center for Diseases Control and Prevention has announced funding for the National Program To Promote Diabetes Education Strategies in Minority Communities: The National Diabetes Education Program. The purpose of this program is to support the National Diabetes Education Program activities that strengthen the capacity of national and regional organizations to reduce the disproportionate burden of diabetes among high-risk populations. Application deadline is October 14, 2004 (Letter of Intent).
