MFP Trailblazers Reception 2004
The MFP Trailblazers Reception honored some of the individuals who helped conceptualize, implement, and nurture the MFP through its numerous stages of development. MFP Trailblazers for 2004 included: Elizabeth Allen, PhD, RN; Elizabeth Carnegie, DPA, RN, FAAN; Hector H. Gonzalez, PhD, RN, MSN; Ruth Gordon, PhD, RN; Mary Starke Harper, PhD, RN, FAAN; Martha Primeaux, MSN, RN, FAAN and Gloria Smith, PhD, RN, FAAN. Honoring nurses who have helped diversify America's substance abuse and mental health workforce is becoming a tradition.
